What does this mean for bowling clubs?
At all levels, the testing and isolation requirements remain as they are now. If you have symptoms or someone in your household tests positive, isolate and get tested. Bowls New Zealand also encourages Centres and Clubs to now review their Conditions of Play and H&S policies, with the above changes to COVID restrictions in mind. 2. Lesley is leaving her role with Bowls North Harbour As of today, 29th March, Lesley is leaving Bowls North Harbour to brighten her horizons and do some travelling. For the interim, Steven Yates and the Board will be taking over her day to day responsibilities until further notice 3. Change of Event Director for 1-5 Womens and Mens Singles Chub Roberts was going to be the event director. Due to illness Maureen Taylor will take over the role. Her phone number is 021 040 9899 4. Regional Interclub Look out for information on this happening on 9th April Takapuna will represent BNH in the Womens Interclub 7s Birkenhead will represent BNH in the Mens Interclub 7s This will be held at Browns Bay on 9th April. Encourage your members to go and support the BNH teams 6. Winter Coaching We are planning to hold winter coaching again this year Please make sure your members know that they must be a full or first year player to enter these coaching sessions Please pass this flyer on to your members and print one for your noticeboard (attached) |
