Weekly Reminder – 25 January 2022

 

1.   Lesley is back at work. 

Thanks to all those who took over her tasks while she was away

2.   Steve Yates has taken over as Chairman of Bowls North Harbour

We welcome Steve to his new role and wish him all the success and support from the Board 

3.   BNH NZ Masters – It is still on!!

With a few changes!

Due to the recent Government announcement advising that the entire country has moved to the Red Traffic Light Covid 19 Framework, it is with deep regret to announce that the planned Opening Ceremony on Sunday 13th February is cancelled. 

The Tournament will still go ahead as planned from Monday 14th February to Friday 18th February

Bowls North Harbour will provide Welcome Packs (kindly supplied by our sponsors Ryman Healthcare) and programs to all venues prior to the start of play on the 1st day.

Draws and venues will be on the website in the next 24 hours. 

4.   Entries open for forthcoming events – A reminder for clubs and persons entering BNH competitions to check the entry conditions for the event on the entry platform, on the website, as entries are being made.

Men’s Interclub 7’s  – Entries close this Friday 28 January 2022.  We only have 5 entries so far.  Clubs, please put your entries is as soon as possible.  Don’t wait till Friday

Playing dates 12/13 February & 12 March 2022. Entry fee $100 per side.

 

Women’s Centre Triples – Entries close on Friday 4 February 2022 for playing dates 19/20 February 2022. Entry fee $75 per team.

 

Men’s Centre Singles – Entries close on Friday 4 February 2022 for playing dates 19/20 February 2022. Entry fee $25 per player.
