Champion of Champion Fours finalists are found for Men & Women
All play tomorrow will be at Bowls Orewa commencing at 9am with the CoC Fours then followed by the CoC Triples. It will be a great day of bowling, especially for the ladies where some will come away with their Gold Star or a Bar.
Anne Dorreen is in two finals tomorrow, should she win both this will give her a bar to her previously won gold star, Kerin Roberts is in the final of the Fours and currently has 4 centre titles needing one more for her gold star, Denise Samuel is in the final of the Triples and currently has 4 centre titles needing one more for her gold star, and Lisa Parlane in is in the final of the Triples and currently has 14 centre titles, and needs one more for her 2nd bar to her gold star and bar. The Men’s CoC Fours final is between Riverhead’s – Grant Goodwin, Steve Cox, Gordon Smith & Duane McDonald who will be playing against Browns Bay’s – Tony Grantham, Adam Haywood, Scott Mouton & Scott Evans.
The Women’s CoC Fours final is between Mairangi Bay’s – Jan Gledhill, Sheryl Wellington, Kathy Moreton & Colleen Rice who will be playing against Browns Bay’s – Elaine McClintock, Kerin Roberts, Christeen Dalzell & Anne Dorreen.
Commencing after the Fours Final will be the Champion of Champion Triples Final between Glenfield’s – Denise Samuel, Paris Baker & Laura Tauniva who will be playing against Browns Bay’s – Lisa Parlane, Elaine McClintock & Anne Dorreen.
Commencing around 11:45am the Champion of Champion Triples Semi-final between Birkenhead- Nigel Drew, Peter Nathan, Mark Rumble and Riverhead- Steve Cox, Gordon Smith, Duane McDonald.
The winner will then play the final against Bowls Orewa- Errol Koroi, Murray Valance, Walter Howden.
